Utilify is a utility bill analytics tool for Canadian homeowners. Upload your electricity, gas, and water bills and get instant visual breakdowns, trend charts, and anomaly alerts — so you always know what you're paying for and why.
How does billing work?
Utilify offers a free Track plan and a paid Analyze plan at CA$5/month (or CA$48/year) that unlocks unlimited bill history. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time — no contracts, no hidden fees.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your bill data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We store files in Cloudflare R2 with per-account isolation and never share your data with third parties. Passkey authentication means there are no passwords to steal. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
Which utility providers are supported?
Utilify supports all major Canadian electricity, natural gas, and water providers. Track accounts can store up to 3 bills; Analyze accounts get unlimited bill history. Don't see your provider listed? Contact us — new providers are added regularly based on user requests.
How do I get started?
Create a free account in under a minute using a passkey or email — no credit card required. Then upload your first utility bill (PDF or image) and Utilify will parse and visualize it instantly. Your bill history builds automatically each month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel your Analyze subscription at any time from your account settings — you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. If you want to delete your account entirely, your data is removed immediately.
